Each leader has its own unique strengths and weaknesses in different abilities ranging from domination to science to culture to religion to diplomacy. This list has a total of 7 Civ 6 tiers with several legendary leaders to choose from. This is done by exploring the world, attacking and defending castles, developing new technologies, and negotiating with other world leaders. The core of the game is to select a civilization and then take it to become the world power. The name itself pretty much discloses what a player needs to do.
